ULTRAMAC-T Online Ultrasonic Thickness Measuring System

Brief Intro:

WALTHMAC ULRAMAC ultrasonic online thickness measurement system is a cost-effective real-time monitoring system for plastic pipe quality. The system includes world-class quality ultrasound, data processing software and hardware, which can realize on-line measurement of various geometric dimensions such as pipe wall thickness. The powerful data analysis and management capabilities are enable to detect products’ defects in the first time that reduce production quality risks and production costs meanwhile making production management simple and orderly.



System Principle：

The ultrasonic wave emits waves, and the waves generate echoes on different surfaces of the multi-layer pipe, and the thickness of each layer is calculated by the echo time.

Autocar brake pipe, oil pipe, catheter pipe, etc. WALTHMAC "Pipe Thickness Measurement System" is applicable to the field of measuring multi-layer pipes made of different materials. The system can measure, display and record the thickness and outer diameter, eccentricity and out-of-roundness of each layer in real time.Built-in early warning features help users to eliminate quality hazards in the production process.
