Gravimetric Control System for Powder

Brief Intro:

Gravimetric Control System for Powder will be installed on top of the extruder to measure and calculate the value of weight per meter and extrusion throughput and control the closed loop. The system will guarantee stable weight per meter and running per set values.



System Principle:

Applied with quick weighing technique with high precision and AI intelligent algorithm, the system continuously measure material consumption. Embeded control unit real-time acquire relative production details and screw rotary speed close loop with speed of haul-off unit. After setting values of weight per meter and extrusion throughput, the system will real-time to modify speed of both screw and haul-off unit to realize the control to wall thickness of pipes.
